Step 1: Complete the custom design questionnaire
This helps me get to know you and what you're looking for.
Step 2: We chat
We’ll set up a time to talk through your ideas and get on the same page. This also helps me get to know you all and your wedding style.
Step 3: Review proposal
After we chat, you'll receive a proposal to review, as well as instructions on how to secure your wedding date on my design calendar. Once signed on, I will create a detailed mood board that pulls inspiration from images that showcase the look and feel of your invitation suite and ideas of how we can incorporate it across all your designed elements.
Step 4: It's go time
Next, you will receive access to a personal client portal where we will communicate and keep things organized throughout our design process. You will also get some homework from me to compile copy for your pieces.
Step 5: Review design proofs
I will design initial concepts for your save the date and invitation. You will receive these digitally over the course of 2 to 6 weeks. This is your chance to review the proofs and provide any feedback to fine-tune these to your desire. Once we land on a final invite design, I will build out your RSVP to match.
Step 6: Approve final designs and print!
Yay! Your save the dates and invitations are complete and will be sent to print. Your completed invitations will be packaged and sent off to you to assemble and send to your guests!
Step 7: Day-of pieces design and proofs
If your proposal includes day-of pieces, we will then start the second phase. Here we will begin to infuse this design into everything to create a cohesive look.
Step 8: Approve final additional design and we print/create.
Once reviewed and approved, files will be sent to print/signage will be created. Your completed designs will be packaged and sent off to you.

DO YOU PRINT YOUR DESIGNS IN-HOUSE OR DO YOU WORK WITH A PRINTER?
This is a good question. While many designers offer in-house printing, I do not. I like to leave that to the pros to ensure that all of my designs are printed at a professional quality on the best paper.
While I mostly design with digital, flat print methods, a local company I work with are experts at letterpress and foil stamping. I love working with these folks for any of my brides/grooms who are interested in fine print and finishing methods.
DO YOU HAVE A PRICING GUIDE I CAN REFERENCE?
Since all of my work is so custom, and each couple is looking for something completely unique to them, I do not have a pricing guide. Once you fill out the details in my custom design questionnaire, I will send you a follow up email and begin creating a custom proposal specific to the quantity, items, and printing/finishing you prefer!
I HAVE AN IDEA BUT I'M NOT SURE IF YOU'VE DONE SOMETHING LIKE IT BEFORE! CAN YOU HELP?
The answer usually will be yes! I want to help create an entire look for your wedding that is unique to you. I love working with a variety of mediums and creating new pieces. Do not think that your options are limited simply to paper.
I'M ENGAGED BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT IN A WEDDING SUITE. WHAT DO I DO?
Let's talk it out. Everything is going to be okay, I promise! We will figure out your style and vision for your wedding day. If you have a Pinterest board or other images that you've pulled for your wedding - that's great! We will peruse them together and define your look.
HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
This will largely depend on the items you choose, but the typical time frame for phase 1 (save the dates and invitation suite) is about 8-10 weeks. Phase 2 will move much quicker, but some pieces will have to wait until you get responses from your guests to fill in the details and quantity needed (seating chart, name cards, programs). We can have most all the designs set in place before you get all your RSVPs back.
